These polychaetes look just like the ones that live in the swash zone of tropical Australian beaches with fine sand. I do not know what they are but I suspect they are Spionid worms which are known as palp worms. I also suspect they are food for Matuta crabs which live in the swash zone, much like your horseshoe crabs.
hi, you could be right about the polychaetes, spionids group. they are actually came from somewhere else (area with oil drilling activity)in our water in the south china sea. Thanks for the comments
